Tunnel duct is a ventilation equipment with fans used in tunnel engineering, namely tunnel ventilation ducts. In tunnels ranging from hundreds to thousands of meters, tunnel wind belts are connected into a long pipeline for tunnel ventilation. Of course, the tunnel wind belt cannot be a complete kilometer long pipeline. It is connected one after another. The traditional tunnel wind belt is 10 meters long. For example, the wind belt is connected to a 100 meter wind tunnel. So, what is the connection method of the tunnel wind belt?
Tunnel style wind belt, also known as tunnel style zipper air duct. Usually, air belts used in tunnel engineering have zippers at both ends, that is, zipper connections.
Double directional construction of a single hole and single inclined shaft tunnel refers to the construction method of entering the tunnel from the inclined shaft to both ends of the tunnel. Two air supply fans are arranged outside the inclined shaft of the tunnel, and two air supply ducts are designed for each fan. The air outlets of the air supply pipes connected by two tunnel wind belts should be set near the two tunnel faces respectively. The tunnel fan sends fresh air outside the tunnel to the tunnel surface through the tunnel wind belt, and the turbid air inside the tunnel is led from the two tunnel surfaces to the inclined shaft of the tunnel, and discharged outside the tunnel through the inclined shaft.
Here are the precautions for the use of tunnel air belt ventilation in the construction of single tunnel and single inclined shaft in both directions:
1. When connecting ventilation, the tunnel air duct should be straight and the ventilation duct should be straight to make the tunnel ventilation smoother.
2. There will always be corners or a certain curvature in the tunnel. If there are corners, a bendable tunnel skeleton wind band should be used. The tunnel skeleton wind belt is a wind belt supported by dozens of steel rings on the basis of traditional tunnel wind belts, which will not flatten or block at corners to maintain normal ventilation and smoothness.
3. Select the tunnel style wind belt with the correct size and strength based on the diameter and power of the air supply fan.
4. Tunnel wind belts should be purchased based on a reasonable and uniform distance for tunnel gas supply.
